I'm attempting to get access to SNTC for some API's I would like to use. When I attempt to register, I enter my contract and a serial number, select my company and I get a message that asks me to verify my email address. I know emails from Cisco.com are whitelisted because i get them from our account team, password resets, etc., but an email to verify my email address never comes through. I've also hit the button to resend the email but have had no luck. Any idea how to fix this?

Following is the resolution for the issue-
As per the information provided.
I have provided both DA and CA roles to the user on CSAM tool.
Enabled the services as well.
Pushed a Manual Sync for the user.
The customer is now visible on the SNTC portal.
