Hello, we can't upload the collected data on CSCP to Cisco as image:
OBS: we're using the latest version 2.7.4.3, the certificate is installed on CSCP.
Also we cannot login into CLI (GUI works)with the admin account it only says login incorrect or account locked then login incorrect:
And for last we have this locked profile collector that we can't delete:
Could someone help in order to solve this issues?

Hi user,
1) HTTPs TransportMode has Failed peer not authenticated
This is more than likely means that firewall is inspecting SSL traffic. Please whitelist the traffic to the below IP address/pots that require for communication to Cisco. Please look for 'Port Usage Information' on below guide.
2) 3 wrong attempt for CLI login will lock user out. Best approach is wait for 1 hr and try back. Please make sure you will try with correct password since only one attempt is allowed after that.
3) Locked default SNTC profile can not be modified or deleted.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any question.
Thanks,
Supriya

Ok, we have already followed these instructions on guide but we are still having the upload issue.

Is this new Setup ? or running one have issue ?
We had same issue, looks like some kind of bug with version i guess, Cisco TAC suggested some patches required, But we have yet to test..planned for next week. let you know the outcome.
Worth opening a TAC case to investigate.
