I am trying to setup SNTC and using CSPC. Someone at my organization has already setup this system. When I went to SNTC it had me register new not sign in. When doing so it created another SNTC portal which when i create an entitlement license I cannot apply to the collector either as Primary or Secondary. I am wondering if there is a way to get access to the previously setup SNTC portal or to setup this new one so I can then give access to the rest of our network team. If that isn't possible then attach my login to the previously setup SNTC portal? It seems like when I went to register it should have sent an email to the person who had setup previously to give me access instead of creating a duplicate SNTC portal for the same organization. Is there anyone that can help sort out this issue? Thank you.

Hey bsobieralski,
A new SNTC Portal was created because your CCO ID is more than likely not associated to the company's Portal as a user. Do you still have contact with the person who previously set up the account? Otherwise, are there any other current CustomerAdmins for the company that can grant you access?
Thanks,
Justin

I still have contact with the person who setup the SNTC portal previously. What would be the steps to getting my cisco id associated with the portal he previously setup? Since my account created a new portal I am not sure how to go about removing me from the portal I setup and then requesting access to the portal that my co-worker created.

Hey bsobieralski,
The colleague should be able to login to the SNTC Portal to the company account, via the below link.
https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/
He can then click on the "Admin" dashboard and should have to "Actions" option to manage users and their access levels.
Thanks,
Justin

So we did find the admin section I added a screen grab and where it says to add or manage users its all greyed out. Since I setup a new portal under my Cisco account it isn't showing up under his as a user that is requesting access. How do I go about disassociating myself with the new Portal and then applying for access to the currently setup existing one?

Hey bsobieralski,
The second created Portal shouldn't be an issue. However, there needs to be an association between the CCO ID and the company name. Can you and your colleague who set the previous Portal up follow the steps in the provided decks?
Thanks,
Justin
