Cannot restore configuration from backup as part of new install

We have installed a new version of the collector, 2.7 and as part of the configuration process to register the new collector, I am trying to use the option to restore the registration and data from backed up file.  I am getting the error, host key not accepted [unknown reason]

Any ideas?  The key is the same key I used to access the sftp client where the backup files are kept.

I was able to complete the restore by setting up an FTP server and using a non encrypted solution.

Hello,

Can you please also include a screenshot of the error?

For The CSPC Backup and Restore options, unfortunately it only works currently on similar versions (For example, 2.7 backup to new 2.7 Image). If your backup is from an older version of CSPC, it could be why you're seeing the error.

Thank you,

Jarrett
