CBRAdmin issue

Hi there,

 

My customer is trying to give me CBRAdmin access to his SNTC Portal, but the checkbox "CBRAdmin" is not selectable on CSAM and they have SmartNet contract with my company.

 

Can somebody help me, please?

A per our private discussion, contract is expired and CBR role assignment can not be proceed.
