Changing Customer Name in SNTC Portal

Hello, Johns Hopkins University has begin to use the SNTC Portal.  They just registered and discovered that their company name is wrong.  It should read Johns Hopkins University. It reads Hopkins John University.

This seems to be an error in the entitlement database and needs to be corrected.  I am the CSX on this account.  Can anyone recommend the process to correct this?  thanks!  Brenda Seldin
