Hello Cisco Collector team,
Please check below image, Does "Non Managed Devices" refers to devices not supported by Cisco collector? or what does it really mean?
Is there a way to add Unmanaged to managed devices? If yes, please let me know how to achieve it.

Hello Rloyola22,
Thank you for contacting Cisco and the Global CX Smart Services Support Community.
The Non-Managed Devices status could be some reason, the first one would be that the credentials of the devices that you are entering in the CSCP are wrong, and the other reason would be that those devices are unreachable.
Please check if the CSPC collector can reach those devices.
I am attaching the CSPC user guide link https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/support/docs/cloud-systems-management/common-services-platform-collector-cspc/CSPC-User-Guide.pdf, in case you want to check further about the Non-Option information.
Best regards,

Hi losorioj,
Thanks for quick turnaround. We made more research and those are window endpoints & servers. Are these compatible with Cisco collector?
Is there any compatible guide you can share with me? and is there any way I can see incompatible devices in dashbiard?
Thank you again

Hi rloyola22,
Currently, there is no user guide from Cisco to check whether a device is compatible or not with the CSCP.
Typically, the "Non-Manage" status, as I previously mentioned, indicates that the devices are either not reachable by the Collector or that the device credentials have been entered incorrectly in the Collector. This status can occur regardless of whether the device is supported by the Collector.
Thank you for your understanding.

The ping is currently working and SNMP credentials are ok.
We are doing some testing now.
We have identify more than 100 host as window server. I have made a re-discover, collect (to upload data) and download Cisco inventory report but still Not showing these servers.
