Hello Cisco.

We have a customer with some FTD 4100 and an FTD that sits in Azure and the Cisco CSPC wont Discover these devices.

For the 4100 I have tried the Firepower Chassis Manager and the management IP of the firewall none work, there is no ACL on the Firepower chassis manager, also on the Firepower management centre platform settings SSH is not locked down.

Is it just the CSPC does not work with the FTD devices, I have added a few ASA and they have added fine.

Please confirm:

- Are they virtual devices?
- what is the PID?

likewise, may I know, if the issue is with all FPR-4XXXX or just the one in AZURE?

3 4100 are phyical and 1 Virtual in Azure.
