Hello all,
Added a new voice gateway which is an ISR4431 router. The collector appears to not have the OID for this platform so the device family is unknown and the device is not properly categorized.
I don't see this device type in the platform settings to add or change. I'm probably missing something.
Is there a way to add the OID or this platform so it is picked up properly? Running collector version 2.8.1.8.
