Company Name change in SNTC

Hi All, My company XXX was absorved by YYY, so the record on SNTC is of XXX. I'm looking for a way to change it to YYY so I can start the onboarding of services. My profile already has the change, but if I try to request DA access it just say there was an error. Any inpunt will be appreciated. Regards,
