Contract Support retrieval

Hi Guys,

 

One of my customer doesn't know the support status of its devices (contract papers and so on ... are lost).

Is there a way to retrieve the current support contract with the devices serial number or something else ?

The contract status and Serial Numbers of your devices will be available on the SNTC Portal once a CSPC Upload or CSV Import has been sent and processed by the Portal. Does your customer currently have a CSPC which they can use to upload the device data?
