CSCP Upload Fails with Internal Server Error

I have been having issues uploading data for months. I got an email yesterday regarding the Bug CSCvq39919 and that it is resolved now. I do have a comma and a period in my Customer Name, so it seems like it is related. I upgraded my collector to 2.8.1.5 and deleted and created all new Registration Certs and installed them. However, I still cannot upload my collections and get Internal Server Error every time. One thing I noticed is the Customer ID on the Collector does not reflect the comma in the Customer Name on the SNTC Portal. Not sure if that is what is still causing my issue or not.

Hey cmortimer1,

 

Can you send me a private message of the 'Registration Certificate Properties' page on your CSPC?  The new certificate was in fact associated and the old one removed?
