I am unable to generate a CSP-C entitlement, receiving the "Entitlement file generation failed." error. I've tried solutions offered in other discussion threads, including alternate browsers, restarts, and cache clearing, but to no avail. Could someone please check to see if I'm missing some entitlement or something on the backend?
