CSPC 2.10 GUI password reset issue

Our CSPC GUI password expired. When I log into web interface, the password reset warning pops-up. If I choose to reset the password now, it prompts that we haven't specified password reset questions and answers. If I choose No, the system shows me the password reset question interface, then with internal error... Could someone help to fix the issue?

I hope you are doing great!

If you have set up the security questions in the past and it is showing an error, please try to restart the services. Login with collectorlogin user into CLI, then su - command and enter the root password. Then use the command service cspc restart .

Then please try again.

Also, please send these details by Internal Message:

- SNTC Portal name

- Inventory

- CCOID

- CSPC Version
