I recently installed our a new collector on CSPC 2.73.
It's been over 72 hours since the first collection ran and was uploaded. The upload hasn't shown in the upload processing on the SNTC portal. I have run a couple more upload atempts and none of them show up in the portal but they all show as successful in CSPC.
I've verifyed the time and date are correct on the appliance. No firewall rules are blocking the appliance from communicating with Cisco.
I've checked the logs and don't see any errors for any of the uploads. It says that it was successful.
Our collector is CSP000***.
Can someone from Cisco please check the backend and verify if our uploads are successfully received?

Hi Ron,
Can you please share your collector id and inventory name (to confirm)? So far, I can see upload is received today 1/8/18 so it is processing status.
