CSPC Authentication failed. Your CCO ID/Password is incorrect.

Trying to update CSPC from 2.7 to 2.7.x but we cannot configure the server connection for the Software Updates.  We have already modified the hosts file for:  IP 72.163.4.161 with host name www.cisco.com or www1.cisco.com.   Every time I try my CCO ID i get: Authentication failed. Your CCO ID/Password is incorrect.  Thanks for any help!

Hi Dave,

 

I recommend to perform manual upgrade from 2.7 and following guide has step by step commands. Manual upgrade path requires CLI user admin, collectorlogin and root enable for CSPC.
