1. after we generated 2nd entitlement to test 2nd CSPC at remote branch, the main office's CSPC gives and error and fails to upload the inventory. We tried to replace/delete/add certificate with no success. Also generated a new entitlement and still no joy.
2. In SNTC portal we can see the inventory and segments at the very top on the left hand side but when we go to Admin, we do not see inventory and we do not see segments listed. As the result we can't delete duplicated and un-necessary segments.
3. We can't delete inventory because it does not show when we click on Inventory Deletion under Administration.
4. The customer listed at the very top is the older company which needs to be changed. My user ID is associated with a different company now - not sure how to proceed about SNTC: deregister and register again?
