Please assist, how do I log a TAC or get assistance with cspc?
I've registered the collector on the sntc portal and downloaded the certificate, but are getting the below error when we try to apply the certificate.
"Failed to apply registration certificate. File may be corrupt as it does not specify an appliance ID."

Managed to get the issue resolved, I had to load the Zip file that was downloaded from the portal and not the individual certificate file.
