Customer does not want data upload to cisco directerly. They prefer cspc file import on portal.

Thank you for your reply.
I have watched the video you shared, however, customer is using CSPC collector and want to use CSPC transport file file import, not csv. They want to know how to block collector send the TF to Csico automatically.

Hey Olivia,

There are two ways to upload via the collector, run upload profile process or seed file import.  See below for the link for the CSPC User Guide.  Section 6-9 describes the seed file import process.  Section 12-1 details the format for the seed file.
