CSPC Password Notifications

I get email notifications when my root, admin, and collectorlogin passwords are about to expire.  The email contains a user that no longer works for the company.  Where do I go to remove that user from the notifications?  I can't seem to find anything in the collector command line, and the user is not configured in the GUI.  Thank you.
