Can a device be uploaded manually even though is not supported for cisco data bus intelligence ?

If a device is not supported by SNTC i.e does not find mention in the PiD checker file, It can be uploaded manually via file import. It will show up as not recognized. That being said, we will still try to use the data being provided to try to  provide as much information as possible.

Thanks

Have there been any updates in Meraki device support for the latest versions of the SNTC portal?

Hi,

Currently we do not support it. We are working on adding it to our roadmap

Thanks

Hi Hopkins,

Meraki is not actually supported under SNTC. We continue working with our supporting Team to put it on the road map but from now it's not supported.

Thanks,

Andrés

Is meraki part of SNTC now, four years after the initial post?

Is this new availability of information also shared within the service API's?
