Trying to upgrade CSPC from version 2.8.1.3 to 2.8.1.4 and status is stuck on Apply-in-progress even though the download appears to be complete:

After a few days have passed, this issue has resolved itself. The status of the install is now "Installed" and the current version is 2.8.1.4. This was likely installed correctly since I configured Automatic Updates for every Sunday. The install date is Jul/14/2019.
