CSPC upload and manual CSV upload To SNTC Have Same Devices - Can You Merage?

Aloha All

We have a question on setting up the inventory in CSPC & SNTC, use an test upload to SNTC that had some devices on the network, now we setup CSPC Collector 2.7 and it collected all the devices on the network that has some if the same devices in the test uploads. Now we want to keep the CSPC inventory devices and move forward with that being our main inventory. Can we remove the Test_Inv.csv items? our will there be duplicates in the new inventory? Is a merge possible?

Hi Buddy Allison,

When you have successful upload from CSPC, you will see latest data when you select inventory name accordingly when login to SNTC portal. (This can be confirmed by clicking on pencil icon beside customer name and selecting CSPC inventory instead of all) Please make sure to have latest view under application setting (Application settings -> report preferences -> latest view). You should not see duplicate data.
