Customer is having issues with notifications from the SNTC Portal for alerts and outages. They need someone to walk them through how to make the proper changes needed. One contact is not getting the proper notifications so they are having to get them forwarded from a colleague.
Can you assist them with creating a New Subscription? Error screenshot is below.
