Hi i have recently registered a new customer and deployed the Smart Collect all ok.
We have done an upload from the Server and all check points passed ok.
When on the CSPC web portal im not seeing the customer in the Manage Collectors area ?

I have a TAC case on going as when i sent the information to Cisco i got back the bleow ... i am now waiting on a Webex so they can look at the issue on the equipment .
I have checked the logs:
- sw version 17.6.1
- The ACLs are configured to the VLANs under the default flex profile.
- This profile is applied to the AP.
- From config perspectives everything looks good.

ok so we managed to get the sorted now below is what we did
Corp and Guest WLAN ACL to stop Guest talking to Corp but still access DHCP on Corp LAN Flex
EWC - 9120 - sw version 17.6.1

20 deny ip 192.168.40.0 0.0.0.255 172.30.0.0 0.0.255.255

6 permit udp any any eq bootps bootpc

30 permit ip any any
