Customer Registered to old company name

Hi Team -- I have a customer who selected the name of the company's previous name instead of the new company name. How can we delete the instance of the portal associated with the incorrect company name?

Do you mean the customer provided incorrect inputs during SNTC Self registration?

Can you please provide the CCO ID of the customer for further analysis?
