One of our customers has purchased around 200 6871 IP Phones with SmartNet 8x5xNBD support. They are having issues logging into the SmartNet portal - getting into a continual login loop. I did not set them up, possibly it was the Distributor that did that.
The customer received a reminder that some of the phones are two months away from needing the contract renewed. When he clicks on the link, he logs into the Cisco login page, and is redirected to a Cisco SSO sign-in page. Signing in there redirects him back to the original Cisco login page.
I have clicked on the link he received, and successfully logged in to the portal and can see his contracts. I do not see the second SSO login page.
He has tried clearing his cache and using an incognito window as a test.
I've escalated to TAC, but apparently they have a SNT contract, not and SNTC contract. So no help available from them. Wonder if there is something broken with his login.
Anyone had this with one of their customers?
