Hello Rhonda ,
As we have looked on your case , we have successfully removed Robert Moore from the company and added Brad Skinner as a Delegated Administrator .
He has been also assigned as the Customer Admin of the SNTC Portal .
The email has been sent to the customer for the confirmation .
