Whenever we try to access the Smart Net Total Care Portal we get redirected to the "sign up" page. Once we click on register and log in, it tells us we already have access to the SNTC Portal, so redirects us and then the loop starts again.
We've been unable to use the SNTC portal for months now and not been able to get anywhere with a fix yet

Hi Daniel,
As discussed, the CCO ID mentioned has DA and CA roles present in CSAM. The customer has to accept the agreement for DA role.
The company already has access to the SNTC portal.
Please feel free to ping me if you face any further problems on this issue.
As for issue of upload and view reports, please open a new post for this and one of the engineers will help you out.
