DA hasn't received my SNTC access request after 48 hours

Hi,

 

I submitted SNTC access request this Monday. However, our delegated administrator still hasn't received my request for approval. Does anyone know what might be the problem?

Hey Lisa,

 

Please private message me the CCO ID and the company of the instance you trying to add for SNTC access.  This can be done by hovering over my name and selecting Send Message option.
