delegated administrator has left the company

I need assistance gaining access to SNTC. The previous delegated admin has left the company.

Manual sync has been done and also SNTC service has been enabled.

The mentioned user has been assigned as Customer admin & Delegated administrator role & is active on the SNTC portal.

It appears that there is still a problem. I can't see the devices that I
already uploaded to the SNTC portal.

I requested a contract report from our reseller (below). Is the "GU ID" the
same as the CR Party ID?
