Detailed description of SNTC without RMA service (CON-SW)

Is there a detailed description of Smart Net Total Care without RMA (CON-SW service) ?
The Datasheet (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/cloud-systems-management/smart-net-total-care/datasheet-c78-735459.html) has just a short description: "Software and installation-focused TAC support only, no RMA or other TAC support".
I would like to know exactly what "other TAC support" means i.e. the service limitations/exclusions.

I have the same problem. I found a description from the document (vety old doc). But I think we need enhanced information.
SMARTnet Non-RMA:
• In the event Customer elects to purchase this Service, Cisco will provide only technical support via TAC, access to Cisco.com and Software support for the Product and no Hardware replacement or onsite service will be performed.
