Devices are not being discovered

Issue Title: Devices not Discovered
Customer ID/CR Party ID:166078284
Inventory Name:
SNTC Portal, Collector or CSAM: Collector
Description : Appears to be having devices that are not being discovered. Would it be possible to coordinate a meeting with the customer to understand why these devices are not discoverable.

Hello Renee, 

Can you have the customer run an SNMPwalk from the collector to the devices they are trying to discover? This will confirm whether or not they are using the correct credential for discovery. 

SNMP walk example:

 snmpwalk -v2c -c (community string) (IP) system
