SNTC portal team and I are updating your access to SNTC and CSAM. I will let you know once they are completed and you can attempt to create and download the Entitlement. Thank-you for your patience

We have made the necessary updates to your CCOID and correlating SNTC Customer portal. Please attempt to generate New Entitlement File. Let me know if you have any issues.
