Equipment missing from upload

Hi,

 

I have a number of Catalyst 6500/6800 VSS clusters, some of which do not appear in the inventory once I have collected and uploaded it.

 

Can any provide assistance with troubleshooting this please?

 

The devices SNMP poll and ssh fine and appear to be collected, but do not appear in the portal.

 

The collection and upload is set to send ALL devices from CSPC.
