Error adding network range and contracts do not appear on the SmartNET portal.

Hello team,

I have a problem with a customer, when performing a network discovery it completes ok and shows the device message already managed. But after uploading, to the Smartnet portal and checking the report, note that the network range we entered, and finished successfully. It does not appear in the report.
And SmartNet contracts acquired in 2019, also do not appear in Porttal SmartNet.

How to proceed to solve this case.

After you run the discovery are you running a collection/inventory before sending the upload?

He got it right, he had an upload schedulle going through.
The upload job was removed and the automatic upload and collection job was left.

Thanks for the support.

I still had valid contracts, not showing up.
