Hello team,
I have a problem with a customer, when performing a network discovery it completes ok and shows the device message already managed. But after uploading, to the Smartnet portal and checking the report, note that the network range we entered, and finished successfully. It does not appear in the report.
And SmartNet contracts acquired in 2019, also do not appear in Porttal SmartNet.
How to proceed to solve this case.

After you run the discovery are you running a collection/inventory before sending the upload?
