Error trying to register a collector

I am working with a customer who is the registered DA for their company. The user has access to the STNC portal. When they go to Library > All Collectors > Actions > Generate a new CSP-C entitlement, a window pops up with the message "Error logging in. Contact your system administrator."

We have tried with different browsers and user accounts but get the same error each time. Please help!

Could you please send screen shot from SNTC Portal starting from Library section to *** for further analysis .
