I created my collection profile, ran the collection profile. But I do not see it in the Portal. Then I ran upload profile. Message said UPLOAD_TO_BACKEND FAILED. Any reason to cause the uploading failure?

Hello Solaris,
Thank you for the question. One of the requirements for issuing an upload is for the CSPC to be configured for the correct date and time. Can you please check to see if your CSPC appliance is having the correct timestamp configured (command "show date")? You can configure an NTP server using the command "timesync" on the admin CLI.
After the new time is set, can you please try to run the upload profile again?

The issue remains the same after the NTP server was configured.

Could it be caused by the issue with my SNTC portal provision?
