FAILED: SNAS validated data not available

I have many different devices that are showing up with this message 'FAILED: SNAS validated data not available' in the SNTC portal.

Library -> Inventory Insight -> Not Recognized.

I started looking because many SN#'s were missing while I was auditing my SmartNet renewal.

I have set the SN# Duplicate Check to 'YES' in the collector. I have tried running a re-discover on known devices.  Uploads are processing normally.

The model number and SN# for the devices look fine in the collector. The device is in the online portal, but is missing PID and SN# information.

Hi Scott,

As discussed over the email conversation serial numbers are visible on the SNTC portal. I am proceeding with the case closure now but in case any further assistance is required on this please do let me know.

#checked managed devices the last discovery date.
#unmanaged the devices and discovered again.
#ran a cloned CP and got a successful upload with no serial numbers.
#serial number duplicate check: checked
#previously added creds were removed and added again.
#checked the mandatory datasets for SNTC under the latest collected data.
#ran the snmpwalk for some of the devices.

The customer was having CSPC Version 2.8.1.8 I have suggested migrating to the latest 2.10.0.1 CSPC version and now they have confirmed the serial numbers are visible on the SNTC portal.

Thank you!
