How can I get to the customer portal?

Hello,

I'm new to register in Cisco SmartNet. When I'm trying to log in to the following url to get to the customer portal, the following message appears indicating I failed.

https://id.cisco.com/signin

 

Sign On Error

"you are not authorized to access it"

Please contact your system administrator for assistance regarding this error.


Appreciate it if you could tell me how to do. Thank you.

Navigate to https://software.cisco.com/software/csws/ws/platform/home# 

Once the page loads, scroll down towards the bottom
There is an option called "Submit request" 
Click on it, and you will be prompted to login (if you are not already logged in)
Once you log in, you will land on the access request page
All you have to do is enter the domain name of the company that you are submitting the request to 
Click submit. That's it. 
The request will go to the Smart Account admin of the company in question and you will be notified via email once the it is approved.
