We have devices that are no longer in production.
How do ww remove them from Smart Care Portal.

The ability to remove individual devices does not yet exist on SNTC.
In the roadmap is a feature that will allow you to remove complete inventories, thus allowing you to "start fresh".
However, for the time being, if devices are removed from the network, a new collector upload should exclude them automatically. On the portal side, selecting the "latest" view preference should not show old devices no longer on production.

I was under the impresion from sone where I read that if you deleted the item from the CSV file that you originaly used to upload your inventory, then did an upload any changes were then applied I am in the process of trying this I will update you with how I get on

Hi,
We have implemented the ability to delete inventories from the SNTC portal. This capability is available to Customer Admins and can be granted to CBR Admins. Please review the release notes for further details.
