How do i know which equipments are under my company contract?

The thing is that i need to open up a case, and i dont know if the equipment is under our service contract owner.

Send an email with the S/N to warranty@cisco.com and they'll tell you if the appliance is attached to a valid service contract.

1140, 1040, 3500, 1260 have Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty.  3560X, 3750X and 2960S have Extended Limited Hardware Warranty.
