How to clear Filter from inventory

hi, need to know where to clear filter in smart care portal, i recently filter by a serial number in the contracts area, since then i only see the switch filtered out, even if i logout-login to the portal...

Hey eleazar.rios,

Thanks for the information!  I believe the issue is in the View Preferences.  On the top of the left dashboard, select 'Application Settings' -> 'Report Preferences' -> Select the view as Comprehensive.  Check All Equipment again and should see all devices.

Hey eleazar.rios,

The serial number filter should be visible in the top of the report under the titled field 'Serial Number'.  Clearing this field should reset the filter and show all available equipment.  I have attached a screenshot to help display this.  Let me know if there is further confusion or issues in clearing the filter.

Hi thanks for the quick answer, just checked and no filter applied, navigating in the menu I notice that all the rest of the inventory is listed in the "Segment Exclusions", have no idea why are there... :(

Any ideas? thanks again

Hey eleazar.rios,

There are no filters set at all?  Can you provide some screenshots that help display this issue.  Also use the below method to PM proprietary information such as company and inventory names.
