Inactive (expired) contracts in SNTC.

Hello,

For how a long an expired contract will be visible in the SNTC 3.X portal?

Hi

SNTC will report the coverage status of devices in your inventory. If a device is covered, the contract details will be reported.  If a device is not covered, the device will be reported as not covered and no contract details will be reported.  This information is available in the online portal reports as well as offline reports.   As you'll see in the reports, there will be contracts that are in various states, such as ACTIVE and OVERDUE.  However, SNTC does not report on expired contracts.
