Hello Team!
We have a customer that trying to use Smartservices portal with registered Collector as we can see in image attached. The job worked fine with no errors but in portal we can`t see anything in Upload processing. This has been happening since the 13th.
What we need to do to fix it and what information you guys need to help us?

Your customer has the "All Collectors" tab selected in the screenshot. There should be a tab under Library > Administration that is labelled "Upload Processing". Since they cannot see it, that means that their access has not been set correctly. Check with the delegated administrator to see if their access is set correctly in CSAM.
