Inventory shows all equipment as "Not Recognized"

We recently deployed a new 2.10 Collector which replaced our older 2.9 Collector.  All settings were migrated from the old Collector to the new one successfully (inventory, discovery, profiles, etc).  The older Collector was shutdown after the migration was complete.  I waited until the Upload Processing section in SNTC shows that upload completed successfully.  However, the Contracts section doesn't show any of the equipment as being covered ("No Data") when I know this info was available when the previous Collector was uploading the inventory.  Also the Inventory Insight section shows all of the devices as "Not Recognized".  The message next to each entry shows "FAILED: SNAS validated data not available".  For context, ALL of our devices are either Cisco products (no 3rd party devices).  It seems as if the SNTC isn't collecting the serial numbers of the devices, yet, I can confirm that the serial numbers are collected as part of the upload to SNTC.  I also noticed that the Inventory > All Equipment section of the SNTC portal shows the host names of some the devices but "N/A" for others even though all of the devices shows the proper host names when viewed from the Collector.

 

Is there a setting within the Collector or the SNTC portal that allows the SNTC to properly reflect the host names and equipment coverage based on serial numbers?  Refer to the attached screenshots to what I'm seeing in the SNTC portal vs the Collector.

Also could you please share some of the devices and contract number with the data discrepancy in the PM?

Hi,

 

We have executed the SNTC collection Profile instead of Upload profile to get the data processed at the SNTC portal. Please ensure that we are running only SNTC Collection profile so as to get the latest inventory on the portal.

Do let us know if you face any other issue.
