One of my customers is facing issue to get access to SNTC portal. We know who is the admin of the portal who was advised the issue with getting 2 additional users add as DA (Delegated Admin) might be caused due TOS (Terms of Service) missing sing agreement. It was confirmed TOS has been accepted - however issue still persist. We need to get support to grant two additional users access as DA.

DA users roles are not ported to SNTC Portal. DA users can associate users to roles to SNTC portal. The DA and the SNTC roles are different authentications. the first is only for CSAM tool and the second just for the SNTC instance it is assigned

Customer do not need to become DA to get API role to SNTC account, but the DA of the SNTC which should already exist on that account needs to assign the role of API user given access to that user to use API to the SNTC portal data. The existing DA needs to assign any and all roles to the customer data on SNTC portal
