Hi Team,
My customer tried to assign a CBR admin role to my CCOID like external user but it apperas an error that said the following: "the entered ID neither matches any active Cisco User ID nor matches any User outside of my Party Hierarchy or user has status revalidate" Previous I requested associate my CCOID to a Smart Net Contract that own to my partner
Could you please help my to know why the error occurred?

I have updated via private chat that end customer DA profile needs to have related contract associated. As well, please private message me contract # between customer and partner company if you see further issue with assigning role to you as CBR.
