Lost customer access.

Hello group, 

I'm unable to view my federal customer's account. I've confirmed the customer did not change my status. Is there another reason why I would lose the ability to view this portal?

Hi Gerard,

Are you still facing this issue ? If so, please share CCO ID and company name.

I noticed that CCO ID:gerard.thompson@redriver.com have CBR Admin and Customer Admin access and user should be able to access the portal.

The customer reset my privileges and all access has been restored. I appreciate you checking in on this.
