I have a customer that has imported his infrastructure via CSV file. All was going well until we got to the CUCM/Unity/IMP etc.... These systems have no serial number (required field in the upload file)
What information is needed for these systems to be uploaded and associated with a contract ?

Yes they are all VMs (CUCM/Unity/IMP...etc)

How will it match up a service contact on your side. The software does carry service and is tied to a service contract. Out side of this portal, CUCM has always been a mystery to me when it comes to this..
If one does not know the contract number from the onset, what information do you supply to do a search. ?
